Description of problem: There should be a set of checks in foreman-maintain that should be able to discover misconfigurations on server and proxy side. Issues to discover: 1. expired server cert 2. server cert not verified by CA 3. proxy not able to talk to server with configured certs 4. server not able to talk to proxies with configured certs It needs a bit more analysis to specify all the aspects to check.
