Service Details Page has duplicate tabs(see attached gif)

5.9.3.1

How reproducible:
Believe 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Embedded Ansible Server Role
2.Add Repo/Credentials
3.Create Service Catalog and catalog item, with provision and retire routines
4.Login to SUI, order service
5.Go to details page for this service, retire the service

Actual results:
See GIF, duplicate tabs

Expected results:
No duplication

On 5.10.0.2 I did not see the issue of duplicate tabs in SUI on retiring ansible service.
