Service Details Page has duplicate tabs(see attached gif)

How reproducible:
Believe 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Embedded Ansible Server Role
2.Add Repo/Credentials
3.Create Service Catalog and catalog item, with provision and retire routines
4.Login to SUI, order service
5.Go to details page for this service, retire the service

Actual results:
See GIF, duplicate tabs- https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=1449197

Expected results:
No duplication
