Request here is to add a question about installing Windows Guest Tools within Appliance while installing hosted engine with default to yes.

IMO there is no need to do this inside the appliance, nor must it be done at setup (hosted or standalone) time.

The fix to bug 1554339 and/or bug 1592825 can be implemented as a standalone script that can run anywhere, including a one-time disposable VM. No need to pollute the engine machine with the RPM's content, temporary files, file-system fragmentation/garbage, etc.

Once we have a proper general solution, we can have a button running it (and perhaps managing it, including checking for updates etc.) elsewhere - in the admin ui/api, in cockpit/tower/manageiq, etc.

Bottom line - I'd close current as wontfix.

Bug 1554339 is a better fix, let's go with that.
But we can remove the ISO only once that is fixed.
