Description of problem:

OVS + ML2 DVR configuration in OSP 13 has changed substantially, docs need to be updated.

Changes:

1. OVS DVR Compute is now a containerized compute role:

The docs also need better instruction on how to configure the external interface on the compute node, and how to validate that the DVR deployment is setup correctly and working.
