Hi Marco, Currently, you can get back the list of vms in a folder by /api/providers/<ext_management_system_id>/folders/<folder_id>?attributes=vms' e.g. providers/1/folders/14?attributes=vms' I.e. once you know the id of the provider and the id of the folder, you'll be able to get back the vms in the folder. Let me know if that's good enough for your case.
I am closing this for now. If this proves to be still an issue, we can reopen it.
Brett, Ok, I closed it by mistaking this as a RFE just for the API side of work (which is working already). Now realize that this is a RFE for a feature that needs other aspects as well. My apology for the mistake. James
Per discussion at the IMS planning meeting last week this feature will be added in a z-stream release. The UI change to incorporate this feature is straight forward. However, in order for the UI to implement the change, a backend change to the to the service that validates the contents of the .CSV file will be required. This service was originally created by Aparna and will need to be updated since it supplies the information about the .CSV file contents needed by the UI.
