Description of problem:

While debugging some issue on CNS-3.10 environment, I have noticed that tcmu-runner.log is missing,  

$ ls var/log/glusterfs/gluster-block/
gluster-block-cli.log  gluster-block-configshell.log  gluster-blockd.log  gluster-block-gfapi.log  tcmu-runner-glfs.log

$ grep "tcmu" sos_commands/process/ps_auxwww
root      68115  0.9  0.0 1330852 42196 ?       Ssl  Jul05  11:46 /usr/bin/tcmu-runner --tcmu-log-dir /var/log/glusterfs/gluster-block

we need to fix this ASAP
