Description of problem:

When performing auto addition of hosts, the storage domains are also created.
These gluster storage domain is auto-created, but the storage connection parameter misses ":/" separator between the host & volume

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Deploy RHHI with auto-addition of hosts, with FQDNs tab filled with other hosts details
2. Post deployment check for storage domain, using 'Manage domain' option in the RHV Manager UI

Actual results:

Storage connection misses the separator ":/"

Expected results:
-----------------
Storage connection to have the separator ":/"

Verified the bug using the below components:

cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.34-1.el7ev.noarch
gdeploy-2.0.2-27.el7rhgs.noarch


Steps:

*Complete the RHHI deployment
*Login to the RHV-M and navigate to storage domain
*Click on manage domain
