Description of problem:

When performing auto addition of hosts, the storage domains are also created.
These gluster storage domain is auto-created, but the storage connection parameter misses ":/" separator between the host & volume

1. Deploy RHHI with auto-addition of hosts, with FQDNs tab filled with other hosts details
2. Post deployment check for storage domain, using 'Manage domain' option in the RHV Manager UI

This bug has not been marked as blocker for 4.2.6 and we are in blockers only phase. Please review this bug and either block 4.2.6 release for getting this in or move it out to next version

Verified the bug using the below components:

cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.34-1.el7ev.noarch
gdeploy-2.0.2-27.el7rhgs.noarch


Steps:

*Complete the RHHI deployment
*Login to the RHV-M and navigate to storage domain
*Click on manage domain

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.7 release, published on November 2nd 2018.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.7 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.

If the solution does not work for you, please open a new bug report.

Just updating the build where we saw the issue.
Version:  cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.11.33-1 and below. 
Since the version isn't reflecting, updating it to cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.12.0
