Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
increase TIMEOUTFACTOR  to 30 for s390x, the test stdlib/test-bz22286 sometimes fails with a timeout error. It takes minutes instead of seconds on other architectures.

We can increase it on all architectures because there are no tests left whose run time depends on TIMEOUTFACTOR since bug 1372304 has been fixed.
