While full support to deploy Octavia with TripleO was added in OSP 13, additional changes are needed for OSP 15:

* Investigate ansible module for extra octavia management tasks
* Use openstack ansible modules instead of CLI in playbooks
* Revisit TripleO & Octavia SSL/TLS support (management plane)
