Description Lucy Bopf 2018-08-14 04:09:36 UTC
Name of function:
[TechPreview] Simplified all-in-one installation of OpenStack

Purpose of function:
To deploy a single-node all-in-one installation method that uses TripleO to deploy OpenStack and related services. The goal would be to enable PoC deployments on a single node with limited (or no) day 2 operations.

Work required (from detail plan):
Procedural
------
Install Python OOO client
Configure file based on environment’s network config
Execute the deploy
------

Conceptual
------
What is this and what can it be used for?
How does it work (architecture)

Roles file/Heat templates

For POCs; not for production environments
Where the default config is
How to update it
How to construct your own custom role to deploy just the svcs you want.
How to use your ansible script on other … instances?
------

Reference
------
N/A
