Description of problem: Right now, ceph-ansible requires that all PGs be "active+clean" before it will perform a rolling upgrade. It will not perform an upgrade if any PGs in the cluster are "active+clean+scrubbing". As scrubbing is a normal cluster operation, performing an upgrade requires setting the "noscrub" flag. This means we pause an important data integrity operation for the duration of an entire rolling upgrade. How reproducible: By design. Expected results: ceph-ansible will do an upgrade while scrubbing is ongoing.
