bouncycastle-pkix is a dependency of nimbus-jose-jwt introduced in bug #1624400 and bouncycastle-pkix introduced in bug #1624409.

Package has been reviewed in bug #197963 and is available in Fedora 28 and CentOS Virt SIG.
