Get 404: Not Found when click the "Operators -> Subscriptions -> prometheus-xxx -> ocs"

1. Create Prometheus operator subscriptions via "Operators -> Subscriptions -> Create Subscription"
2. click the "Operators -> Subscriptions -> prometheus-xxx -> ocs"

Actual results:
Get 404 error

Expected results:
Should display the catalog resource.
