Created attachment 1487674 [details] Add button not clickable Description of problem: When you try to create a new Catalog Item and you choose "Red Hat Virtualization" as a Catalog Item Type, the Add button cannot be clicked. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): CFME 5.10.0.16 How reproducible: 100 % Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have a CFME appliance with RHV provider 2. Go to Services -> Catalogs -> Catalog Items -> All Catalog Items 3. Click Configuration -> Add a New Catalog Item 4. Choose Red Hat Virtualization" as a Catalog Item Type Actual results: Add button at the bottom of the page cannot be clicked. Expected results: The Add button should be clickable. Additional info: - Screenshot attached - Provider credentials are verified and inventory refreshed
