We need to require the correct packages for python2/3 according to the python version being used and make code changes for python3 syntax if needed

Moving to oVirt 4.4, which will be the 1st release properly supporting Python 3

ovirt-engine-extension-aaa-ldap* were switched to Python 3 as a part of BZ1734724 to enable EL8 builds, so closing this one as duplicate
