Description of problem:

When clicking the replicas on the web console overview tab for any project, it redirects to the deployments tab instead of the pods. It looks like this behaviour changed after 3.9 and can be reproduced in 3.11 as well.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

OCP 3.10

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy an application to a project.
2. Scale the replicas to 3 (just for example)
3. Click the replicas image in the overview tab of the project from the web console. 

Actual results:

The redirect is happening to the deployment section.

Expected results:

Should redirect to the running pods
