Description of problem:
It's impossible to assign floating ip to Openstack instance as the Floating IP dropdown is filled with "undefined" values instead of IP addresses

5.10.0.23

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compute> Cloud > Instances> select a OpenStack Instance
2. Configuration> Associate a floating IP with this instance
3. 

Actual results:
Floating IP dropdown shows multiple values of "undefined"

Expected results:
dropdown should show the IP addresses from the floating IP pool

Floating IP can be seen under Network> Floating IPs
