Support RHEL 8 as a guest We're not releasing ovirt-guest-agent, all features now depend on qemu-guest-agent. Following features are not supported for RHEL 8 guest: - application list - guest hooks - GNOME single sign on
RHEL 8 guest image was tested via the automation and the test passed. The test checked the following: start vm, cloud init features, migration, suspend resume, snapshot with memory, hotplug cpu, hotplug memory and stop vm.

Verified on ovirt-engine-4.3.2-0.1.el7.noarch And actually apps list is reported as well (at least qemu agent and kernel)
