Description of problem:

RHEL-8 is not listed as a supported guest operating system in RHV 4.2/4.3

List of a supported guest operating system is present in Virtual machine management guide as its redirecting to article https://access.redhat.com/articles/973163.

Red Hat Virtualization 4.x

Actual results:

Currently, RHEL-8 is not listed as a supported guest operating system, As RHEL-8 is released now so we need to update the documentation. 

Expected results:

Add RHEL-8 in the list of a supported guest operating system.
