there is a pytest failure when building chardet with pytest 4.3.0 and pluggy 0.8.1. This update may solve the problem.

pytest doesn't even build with pluggy 0.9.0

To anybody: When updating pluggy, please do it trough a PR and check if pytest (>= 4) works fine.

Note: it should work fine. pytest 4.4 even needs it.
