Description of problem: mongo has been removed from Fedora 30+, see linked bug.
Jan, could you please look a this? Bugzilla doesn't let me NEEDINFO Marek, yet he is still the default Assignee. Thanks.
Building of go packages is currently broken due to `BUILDSTDERR: warning: -u use in %forgemeta is deprecated, use -z instead to select a separate set of rpm variables!` error message. Otherwise, I have a commit prepared that removes the dependency. Just waiting until I am able to scratch-build rpms.
Any progress here?
package retired: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/mongo-tools/c/c09227c10845a0fc69d94dbfa7e857b89f580770?branch=master
Do retired packages at this point (Final Freeze) get removed from the Fedora repos?
We already fired an F30 candidate compose, so it definitely won't have been retired from that. For future composes, I'm not sure, but at minimum it needs to be retired on the f30 branch as well as the master branch.
I've asked releng to block and untag, not sure if we make it though. https://pagure.io/releng/issue/8305
