python2-docs cannot build any more, there is no python2-sphinx.

We were able to build it with python3-sphinx 1.8.x, but not with 2.0.0b1.

Should we retire the package?

Alternatively, we can report the failures to CPython upstream / Sphinx upstream.

Seems to be fixed in cpython 2.7 branch \o/

So maybe we can build 2.7.16 and this bug was premature.
