There is not mentioned minimal virt-viewer version for rhel8 client in console.vv file

Verified on:
ovirt-engine-4.3.5.1-0.1.el7.noarch

Steps:
1. Create a VM.
2. Trigger Console to the VM via WEB-UI.
3. Read the console.vv file that was downloaded in step 2.
($ less console.vv)
4. Check under [virt-viewer] section for versions.

Results:
versions=rhev-win64:2.0-160;rhev-win32:2.0-160;rhel8:7.0-3;rhel7:2.0-6;rhel6:99.0-1
