Description of problem:
The appliance console summary screen always shows region 0 even when a different region is created.

5.10.2.0

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a non-zero database region
2. Observe the console summary screen

Actual results:

"Database/Region:         vmdb_production / 0"

Expected results:

"Database/Region:         vmdb_production / 123"
