Description of problem: Since RHOSP 13 release Red Hat claims that it support "Virtualized Control Plane" [1], [2], [3]. At the same time our official documentation lacks appropriate information: - there is no definition of RHOSP "Control Plane". The only details are available in document [1], which claims that control plane consist of director and controller node (figure 1). For example, it is not 100% if SDN entities (neutron routers, DHCP servers, etc) are also considered as "Control Plane" and if possible performance impact was properly considered; - there is no performance requirements for storage and network devices, only information about amount of RAM and vCPUs; - only basic scenario is covered, so it is unclear if we will support more complex one (like using SR-IOV NICs for controller VMs). There were different cases from important accounts asking about this offer, so setting this bug's severity to high.
