Description Need Real Name 2000-08-28 12:54:58 UTC
[after a fresh install of pinstripe]

if i type
> echo "one two three" | rev

the result is "t eno", instead of "eerht owt eno"
it seems to be a problem with the wide chars functions (wcslen ..)

I can't reproduce your problem:

bash$ echo "one two three" | rev
    eerht owt eno
    bash$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/rev
    util-linux-2.10m-12
    bash$ rpm -q glibc
    glibc-2.1.94-2
