Description of problem: ceph-mgr-diskprediction-local requires numpy and scipy, but these are the python2 versions of those libraries, and it appears that ceph has otherwise switched to python3. Also, I see no reference to scipy in any of the files in that package. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): ceph-mgr-diskprediction-local-14.2.1-1.fc31.noarch
ceph devs say that (python3-)scipy is required. For "local deep learning for predicting which disks will fail"
The dependency is hidden inside binary files (pickle dumps of Python objects) so hard to see, but there.
