Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.5.0.20190521165820_63c86d5

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compute - Migration Settings - Conversion Hosts.
2. Add a conversion host that fails to configure (mine failed because of key)
3. Once it failed , I cannot remove it from UI . 
Only option available is "Retry" as in attached screenshot.
