Description Siamak Sadeghianfar 2019-06-05 07:13:45 UTC
Document URL: https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.1/registry/securing-exposing-registry.html

Section Number and Name: Exposing the registry

Describe the issue:
The docs says a paththrough route gets created automatically for the registry during the installation. That's not the case and no routes are exposed by default.

Hey Siamak,

Thank you for pointing this out. I'm working with Adam to completely update the "Exposing the registry" documentation and we have a PR in flight attached to BZ1718163. I've removed the passthrough route content in the PR.

Related bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1718163
PR: https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/15370

Do you mind if we close this bug in favor of tracking all of the changes to the "Exposing the registry" content in the related bug?

Thanks so much!
Brandi
