Previously, a service would not correctly show up in the project overview when it selected the `deploymentconfig` label that is automatically set for pods created by a deployment config. We now correctly show services that select the `deploymentconfig` label on the overview.

Checked on OCP 4.1 env with above version.
Create dc/svc/route with file attached in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1717028, check service and route info on project overview page. On the expanded sidebar, under "Resources" tab, service and route info are shown correctly. Refer to the screenshort.
The bug is fixed, so move it to Verified.
