Description of problem: ceph-ansible support: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1709518 required several fixes to ceph-iscsi and while testing it we found bugs in the rpm spec file, systemd unit file, and there have been a lot of general fixes by suse from their QA team which started testing the new release before us. We are making a new upstream ceph-iscsi release, so this is just a request to rebase to it, so ceph-ansible works and so our QA team does not hit the same issue.
