Description of problem:

Our current documentation does not cover the deployment of ceph-dashboard in HCI or director deployed instances of RHOSP. Special considerations need to be made for these director deployed ceph scenarios as the dashboard can't run on the undercloud node by default due to port conflicts with the director's horizon dashboard.

We won't have this feature until OSP16 and when we deliver it in 16 we will document it. The RFE to deliver it in 16 is the following:
