Description of problem: I found that on Instances page, possibly it's broken even on other pages Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.11.0.10 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Compute -> Cloud -> Instances -> Instances 2. Advanced search -> Field -> Instance: Active -> true 3. Apply advanced search Actual results: Screen is grayed out and nothing can be clicked on. Updating Version to 5.10.6 because it was found active in that stream. Updating target release to 5.10.z for additional triage/planning. Workaround of refreshing page works, leaves filter applied.

Verified in 5.11.0.18. Screen is working correctly after applying advanced search.
