Description Jay Pfaffman 2000-09-08 13:38:58 UTC
Perhaps I'm just dramatically dense, but I've been working with sendmail
under linux since before RedHat was around. I've installed sendmail; it's
running, but it's not accepting connections at port 25. I first noticed
because fetchmail can't talk to it; I can't telnet to port 25. "Connection
refused" I don't think I've changed any of the sendmail files that were
installed by the RPM. There are no clues in the logs (messages or
maillog).

Thanks.

Sendmail listening was disabled prior to the beta as a security measure; this
turned out to cause too many problems and it has since been switched back on.
