Description of problem:
With rawhide, it is not possible to log in to native locale via gdm. User will
need to modify the i18n.conf file manually.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gdm-2.8.0.4-8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.at gdm, click Languages

Actual results:
Only two options available, Last and System Default

Expected results:
Tier 1 supported languages should be on the list

en,de,es,fr,it,pt_BR,ja,ko,zh_CN,zh_TW,bn_IN,gu_IN,hi_IN,pa_IN,ta_IN
