Description of problem:
Incorrect rendering of two special symbols ঠ(U0982) and ঠ(U0983) when used after the consonant conjuncts comprising of the alphabet র (U09B0) + <any other consonant> + <any dependent vowel>.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to the bn_IN locale
2. Open kwrite
3. Change input method using Ctrl+Space, Change to phonetic layout using F6
4. Type: r/kaL <see picture bn-kde-bug1b>
5. Type: r/kaH <see picture bn-kde-bug2b>
  

Actual Results:  The consonant conjunct+dependent vowel should make a complete combination and the special symbol ought to be displayed after the combination.

Expected Results:  Instead the special character squeezed itself between the consonant conjunct and dependent vowel combination. < see pictues: bn-kde-bug1a & bn-kde-bug2a>

Is this still an issue in our rawhide distribution??

This is not the proper way to resolve RHEL4 bug.

It seems that output of the given char combination in RHEL5 Beta, is showing
wrong, but I would like to see the attachment of the screenshot of erroneous
char combinations observed as the given pictures can not be opened ever.

** Screenshot file name should not contain the word "bug1" "bug2" as it creates
link autometically by Bugzilla itself. so, Please put .jpg or .png extension in
the file name and attach it in proper way with this bug.

This bug seems to be fixed in current release of RHEL. Tested on RHEL-5.2. Please confirm and close this bug.
