there are large spaces between pods

Description of problem:
firefox 66.0.4 (64-bit)
cluster admin login webconsole, go to "Home -> Projects", select one project, eg: openshift-monitoring, check the "Memory Usage by Pod (Top 10)" part in Overview page.

See the attached picture, there are large spaces between pods

debug in web console, div.VictoryContainer size is 798 * 530 in firefox,
whereas the div.VictoryContainer size is 678 * 32 in chrome 75.0.3770.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
