Description of problem:
Required drop down lists with integer value fields are shown as invalid even though they have a valid value selected.

How reproducible:
Always in 5.10.8
Works correctly in 5.10.6

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Services > Service Catalogs
2. Order Test
3.

Actual results:
in 5.10.8 the "field is required" error is shown

Expected results:
no error
