after pulling gdk-pixbuf2-2.38.2-1.fc30.x86_64 from latest update-testing push, all system icons are broken. Icons from private binaries still function (where location is not in /org/gtk/libgtk/*

journalctl is full of packagekit failure for  pixbuf failure. Below is an example for firefox:
