Gnome-Terminal locks up if launched while other is running
Last modified: 2007-11-30 17:11:19 EST
Description of problem:
If gnome-terminal has already been launched, and one launches it again, the
second window and the original window both "lock up" and display nothing. Gnome
-terminal must be killed (both processes) and restarted.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch gnome-terminal from menu. It should launch fine.
2. Launch gnome-terminal again from menu.
3. Watch both hang.
Two broken windows
Two working windows
Starting gnome-terminal from gnome menu uses the option
" --working-directory=%f" ( from /usr/share/applications/gnome-terminal.desktop) .
