Gnome night light

Description of problem:

Gnome night light is broken after recent gnome-shell updates. It does not work when you set it automatically or manually

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf update
2. set gnome night light automatically or manually
3. color temperature does not change at all under nay of the circumstances set above

Actual results:

color temperature does not change at all under nay of the circumstances set above


Expected results:

 color temperature changing to the desired level


Additional info:

It was working fine prior GNOME Shell 3.34.1
