Description of problem:

Even though you can find the template to be used to enable OVS (instead of the default OVN) in "Network Functions Virtualization Planning and Configuration Guide" [1] the steps to configure the Overcloud with OVS should be clearly specified either in the install guide or in the advanced overcloud configuration in a dedicated section.
