Description of problem:

Attempting to upgrade this system produced error messages about libxml2. See below.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64
libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.i686

How reproducible:

always for now

Steps to Reproduce:
1./usr/bin/dnf --refresh --skip-broken upgrade --setopt=zchunk=0 --exclude=kernel*

Clean system upgrade.

Additional info:

Problem 1: cannot install both libxml2-2.9.10-1.fc32.x86_64 and libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64
- package python2-libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64 requires libxml2(x86-64) = 2.9.9-6.fc32, but none of the providers can be installed
- cannot install the best update candidate for package libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64
- problem with installed package python2-libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64
Problem 2: cannot install both libxml2-2.9.10-1.fc32.x86_64 and libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64
- package python2-libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.x86_64 requires libxml2(x86-64) = 2.9.9-6.fc32, but none of the providers can be installed
- libxml2-2.9.10-1.fc32.i686 has inferior architecture
- package python2-gstreamer-0.10.22-21.fc31.x86_64 requires python2-libxml2, but none of the providers can be installed
- cannot install the best update candidate for package libxml2-2.9.9-6.fc32.i686
- problem with installed package python2-gstreamer-0.10.22-21.fc31.x86_64

Thanks for the report, while it is the other way around temporally,
I hope you won't mind closing this as a dupe of [bug 1776783],
that appears a bit closer to resolution :-)
