Description of problem:
Via webadmin, when trying to create new pool / new logical network/ new host etc' there is a big white space in the top of the opened tab which cause the screen to look bit odd. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.4.0-0.4.master.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to webadmin
2. Navigate to Compute >> pools
3. Create new pool

Actual results:
big white space is shown in the top of the tab

Expected results:
the white space should not be shown at all

Additional info:
the problem occurs in several different tab so prob' duplicate between all.
