Description of problem:

I got into those bugs in the Red Hat Virtualization after I installed the engine 4.4.0-4.

I will separate the description per UI bug -

1. In RHEV web admin, Enter the new data center modal in: Compute-> Data Centers ->  NEW. the modal footer sticks on the middle of the comment Text Box. (Same with Edit Data Center)

2. In RHEV web admin, Enter the new data center modal in: Compute-> Data Centers ->  More Options (Near the Remove button) -> Guide Me. the modal footer sticks on the middle of the Configure ISO Library button and the Attach ISO Library button is hidden behind.

3. Modals with a sidebar like when you add new logical network in (Compute
->Data Centers-> Any Data Center -> "Logical Networks" -> NEW) are padded on top (There is a huge padding on top of the form. I saw it happens in more places like when you try adding new cluster or edit it. When you try adding new host/ edit one. Adding new pool/ edit one. edit template or creating new VM...

4. The Notification Drawer isn't looking great too, the title is cut and there are some events that part of the information in them is cut because a scroll bar above the clear all, display all buttons.
