Description Felix Schwarz 2019-11-21 09:16:48 UTC
This package is required for python-acme (bug 1774668). Without this package we can not get certbot (Let's Encrypt) in EPEL 8 (bug 1744892).

If you are not interested in maintaining this in EPEL 8 please let me know so we can find a solution.

Comment 1 Felix Schwarz 2019-11-21 09:17:42 UTC
Btw: I should note that a mockbuild for EPEL8 just passed without any issues so it should be very easy to build this for EPEL 8!

Pretty please?

Comment 2 Miro Hrončok 2019-11-21 09:22:40 UTC
I am not interested in maintaining this in EPEL 8. However, I can add you as admin, if you commit to do that.

Comment 3 Miro Hrončok 2019-11-21 09:35:25 UTC
In fact, I can give the package to you entirely, if you'd like. Can hang around as a co-maintainer for a while.

Comment 4 Felix Schwarz 2019-11-21 09:41:57 UTC
Ok, can do (though I'm not too keen to maintain even more packages).

Was about to submit a pull request to fix the test running without changing the spec file but if I can commit that directly - even better. Let's Encrypt FTW.
