When attempting to install lighttpd-fastcgi it will fail due to a missing decadency for spawn-fcgi.

Exact error:
Nothing provides spawn-fcgi needed by lighttpd-fastcgi-1.4.54-4.el8.x86_64


It has been suggested in bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1758485 that spawn-fcgi is not need for this package.
