Region value is not passed to operator while creating backingstore.

How reproducible:
Easily


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an AWS backingsore with region value selected.


Actual results:
YAML doesn't have region value.

Expected results:
YAML should have region value.

fixed. Created a AWS backing store using the UI: Operators -> Installed Operators -> Backing Store (on the top bar) -> create backing store -> set providers AWS S3 and specified a region -> create. In the yaml of the BS a region was specified successfully
(couldn't do that using CLI duo to some NooBaa CLI Problems)

Bipul, I changed the target release here to 4.4.0 as I believe this was the intention.
